FAQ
The Sumex Rewards Hub is the rewards program inside the Sumex app. It lists campaigns, quests and tasks for trading, swapping, learning and the community, and pays XP, Sigma Points, MR and Mystery Boxes for completing them. Your level, balances, achievements and rewards history live in My Rewards.
Sign in, open Explore in the Rewards Hub and start a campaign, quest or task. Complete what it asks, such as reaching a spot volume goal, making a swap or passing a quiz, and the rewards shown on the card are added to your balances. Daily check-ins, regular tasks and referrals add more.
XP is experience: it fills your level bar, and some campaigns unlock only from a certain level. Sigma Points (SP) are Sumex's activity points. Tasks, referrals and challenges pay SP, and the Rewards Hub leaderboard ranks users by the SP they gained. Most task cards pay both.
MR is the reward pool currency that partner campaigns and trading competitions can pay. Your MR balance appears in My Rewards next to SP. You claim MR per partner to a connected EVM wallet, the minimum claim is 1 MR, and the claim window shows an approximate USDT value before you confirm.
Check in once a day in the Daily Task Center to start your weekly extra-reward streak. Complete that day's set of daily tasks to earn Today's Extra Reward. Each day shows whether you only checked in or also earned the extra reward, and the last day of the streak unlocks a Mystery Box.
Regular spot, futures and swap tasks reset at 00:00 UTC. After you complete one, the card shows the time left until the reset, and you can complete it again the next day. Each completion is rewarded. Only effective trading volume counts towards volume goals.
A Mystery Box rolls one random reward when you open it. Standard boxes hold XP, SP or a boost, Sigma boxes add MR, and Pro boxes add achievements. Every box holds a reward. You earn boxes from quests, the daily streak and subscriptions, and rewards go straight to your balance.
You need a Sumex account for any reward. Trading tasks count activity from a connected exchange API key, and swap or DeFi tasks count activity from a connected wallet, which you select when you start the task. Learning, quiz and social tasks need no exchange account.
Share your referral link and earn a share of the fees on orders placed by your referrals and their referrals, across three levels. Your tier is set each month by your Level 1 referrals' trading volume. Commissions are paid for up to 365 days after each sign-up, must be claimed within 30 days of accrual and are not offered in restricted countries.
No. Each task, campaign and competition shows its own rewards and rules, and they can change, pause or end. Regular task amounts, streak rewards and Mystery Box contents are set by Sumex and may differ from the examples on this page. Check the card in the app before you start.
